Privacy Policy and "Cookies"

This document regulates the Privacy Policy and "cookies" of the online store run in the domain (hereinafter referred to as the Store). MM SEO Marcin Katański (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) exercises all due diligence in order to respect the privacy of Store users.

Personal data

Users using services provided electronically via the Store are asked to provide their personal data voluntarily, including in particular name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number. These data may also be collected, if it is necessary to perform the contract, when the data subject is a party to it or when it is necessary to take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject. We collect the above data in order to provide services to the persons they concern. The recipient of the collected data is only the Seller.

We may also contact users of services provided electronically via the Store with a request for voluntary provision of personal data, including in particular name, surname, address, email address, telephone number for marketing purposes. These purposes may include, in particular, sending commercial information by the Seller using the customer's contact details. Consent to data processing in this regard can be withdrawn at any time.

The data administrator exercises special and due diligence to protect the rights of users whose data are processed, and in particular ensures that these data are:

  • processed in accordance with the law,
  • collected for the specified in this document and lawful purposes,
  • not subjected to further processing incompatible with the above purposes,
  • factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
  • stored in a form that allows identification of the persons to whom they relate, no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

Users have the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Seller's data files. This is in particular the right to access your data and correct it, as well as request to supplement, update, rectify personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete it, if it is incomplete, outdated, incorrect or has been collected in violation of the law or they are no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

System logs

These are internal event logs of the Store server, automatically recording page requests sent when users visit its websites. System logs contain the page request sent by the user, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request, and at least one "cookie" that can uniquely identify the user's browser.

"Cookie" file

It is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to the user's computer when they visit the Store. When the user visits the Store again, thanks to the "cookie" the user's browser can be recognized by the Store. In the browser settings you can choose the option of rejecting "cookies" or signaling that such a file has been sent. The Store User may agree to the use of "cookies". Without them, some of the Store's functions or services may not work properly.

Data collection

Data collected in system logs are used by the Seller for an indefinite period solely for the purpose of administering the Store. They are not transferred to third parties, except in the circumstances described in this document.

In connection with the use of the Store by users, we can automatically collect and save in server logs technical details about how to use the services, requests sent by the user related to the provision of electronic services, IP address and technical data on the operation of the Store in connection with activities made by the user, in particular information about the start, end and scope of each use of the service provided electronically. We can also collect information to be stored locally on the user's device, using the browser's memory mechanism.

When providing services to users, we use professional technologies to collect and save information, such as "cookies". Access to "cookie" data may also be held by Google through Google Analytics and Google Adwords, in order to prepare traffic statistics and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns carried out by the Seller using the above-mentioned tools.

Data collected in the Store are collected on external secure and professional servers, based on contracts concluded by the Seller. The Seller maintains reasonable precautions to protect users' personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure and unlawful use. Only users, the Seller and third parties indicated in this document for statistical purposes are authorized to process data of the Store users.
